How do I place an order?

There are four ways to place an order: 

1) By phone - WhatsApp us at (852) 9650 6739 to place your order!

2) Via online shop - Place an order directly on our website here

3) Via email - send us an e-mail at sunnyday.com.hk@gmail.com!

Payment Options

 

1) Bank Deposit

 

     Bank Name:  Hang Seng Bank

     Account Holder:  (will be given to you upon confirmation of order)

     Account Number:  (will be given to you upon confirmation of order)

     

Please send us a copy of the deposit receipt via e-mail or through WhatsApp.

 

2) PayPal

 

     Make payments using your credit card via PayPal - our account is sunnyday.com.hk@gmail.com.

 PayPal will add 5.5-6% service charges onto each transaction.

Delivery

 

​​We provide door-to-door delivery service to anywhere in Hong Kong, except Outer Island.  Please ensure that you provide us with the full address of a place where there will be someone available to accept the delivery during normal office hours.  

 

We offer free delivery on orders above HK$1,000.  For orders less than HK$1,000, there will be a flat delivery fee of HK$22-150.  Delivery times will usually be 2-3 working days.  You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so that you may check the delivery status of your order directly with the courier. 

 

We will try our best to ensure that all the goods are in acceptable conditions, please inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects.  In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of Goods.  The Goods should be promptly sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging.

Returns & Refunds

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days of your purchase, together with your receipt.  Refund or exchange can only be given for items which are unused and in the original and undamaged packaging.  

 

Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges on any opened or used product, food and skincare products.

 

 

All delivery fee or postage of exchanged products are at customers' own cost.
